Perfect Business Meeting Hotel

Our team recently held a company offsite at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive.

The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and in a fantastic location. The meeting and conference spaces were excellent for our sessions, and the balcony was an unexpected highlight. It became the perfect place for our team to cowork, take meetings, or simply enjoy some fresh air during breaks.

The standout of our experience was Andreia. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and was always available to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on our entire group.

If you're planning a business event or simply looking for a wonderful place to stay, we highly recommend this hotel. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Business event but would highly recommend for business and leisure.

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group of 30 people from our business., From a location perspective the hotel was great and we were able to walk to dinners in the evening. From a business perspective the organisation was excellent. Claudia the Group Manager had everything well organised and we had a meeting room over Lisbon with a wonderful view of the city. The feedback from the attendees was very positive both in terms of the room, cleanliness, food and service. I would highly recommend for business and pleasure !

Corporate seminar: very positive experience.

We stayed at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon in June as part of a multi-day corporate seminar (34 people), and the experience was overall very positive.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Lisbon, which is a real plus for a business stay: everything is easily accessible on foot to enjoy the city after work sessions.

Regarding organization, the team was very responsive and professional throughout the preparation and during the stay. Claudia was attentive during our stay; we were fortunate to have her! The exchanges beforehand were smooth, and the teams on-site were available and attentive, especially in managing the numerous adjustments related to a group (logistics, rooms, equipment, transfers).

The meeting spaces were well-suited to our needs, with several rooms used in parallel and complete audiovisual equipment. The flexible format of the rooms allowed for easy alternation between plenary sessions and small group workshops.

Regarding catering, the hotel offers various interesting options for groups. We tested several formats (dinner in a small committee, buffet, cocktail reception, coffee breaks), which were very practical in a seminar context with variable schedules. All guests appreciated the meals. Special mention for the Garden Roof Top, which is a great place for a more informal moment among colleagues.

In the end, it is a very good option for organizing a seminar or a professional event in Lisbon: central location, reliable teams, and flexible solutions for groups.

Wonderful place to host a meeting - Staff is incredible!

My company recently held a 3 day meeting here in May. The venue was fantastic. The front desk was very easy to deal with an accommodating for all attendees. I can't say enough about the event staff. Working with Claudia and Raquel is a must. They met with us weekly before the event to plan all details. Additionally, they were able to assist in recommending evening restaurants as well as securing and arranging all of our transportation details for the week for our group of 150. Onsite their execution was flawless. Whatever we needed was delivered in a timely manner and they were constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was running properly. The rooms were also very nice and clean and the view of the city from our upstairs meeting space was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and this great team!

I had a group of 130 people at this hotel, for a mix of conference and leisure. The hotel is perfectly situated for both, you can walk to anywhere and the large open spaces in the lobby and mezzanine worked amazing for having a bigger group at this hotel. Super comfortable and quiet bedrooms, the breakfast was so good! again a very spacious room, no queue at the breakfast room even at peak times. We also chose to have a dinner for everyone in the in house restaurant on the top floor, fantastic views over Lisbon! And the food was incredible, so much attention to detail, always enough staff so no one had to wait around for anything. If you are bringing a group to Lisbon or coming on your own, i would not look any further then this hotel. I also want to give a mention to Claudia who was my contact at this hotel and helped to make this stay a great success for all our guests! Thank you so much!
