For this occasion, Chef Gonçalo Rodrigues, from Vila Vita Parc, joins Chef João Correia for an exclusive collaboration inspired by Portuguese flavours and the Lisbon tradition of Santos Populares.
Concept of the Experience
The concept involves reinterpreting traditional elements associated with the Feast of Santo António through a contemporary, elegant approach that aligns with Rossio Gastrobar’s brand identity.
The takeover will be communicated as an exclusive one-night experience, reinforcing:
- The collaboration between two renowned chefs
- The fusion between Portuguese tradition and contemporary cuisine
- The festive and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Lisbon during Santos Populares
