Our 3-day work meeting was a great success! We were all very satisfied with the overall service of the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon. The hotel's events coordinator, Cláudia Araújo, provided excellent service. I particularly appreciated her promptness in responding to all of my requests. The meeting room was perfectly set up for a group of 40 people and had a fantastic view. The video conference, audiovisual equipment, and internet connection worked perfectly. The food was excellent - congratulations to the chef and his team! The hotel rooms were nice and spacious, contributing to our pleasant stay.

The Altis Grand Hotel hosted our annual 4-day work planning workshop for 21 people from around the world. The entire staff at the Grand Altis Hotel (from the reception team to the restaurant and group team) made our stay very comfortable and the week of the workshop went very smoothly, allowing us to focus on our work. The hotel rooms and conference rooms were beautiful and exactly as they appeared in the photos. The level of attention to detail is superior at Altis. The hotel accommodated all of our needs and was also very proactive. Raquel, the Group and Events Coordinator, was very attentive and receptive to our planning and questions before, during, and even after the event. We highly recommend the Altis Grand Hotel for any of your business or personal events.

The Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon is fantastic. We organized a 5-day business meeting with 200 participants and it was extremely successful thanks to the support of the hotel team. The meeting room was perfect for our needs and the hotel team supported the event fantastically. The groups and events coordinator, Raquel Paiva, provided excellent service and was extremely responsive before and during the event. I highly recommend this venue for large meetings and events. In addition to the fantastic meeting support, the sleeping rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I applaud the hotel for a fantastic stay and meeting.

I had a group of 130 people at this hotel, for a mix of conference and leisure. The hotel is perfectly situated for both, you can walk to anywhere and the large open spaces in the lobby and mezzanine worked amazing for having a bigger group at this hotel. Super comfortable and quiet bedrooms, the breakfast was so good! again a very spacious room, no queue at the breakfast room even at peak times. We also chose to have a dinner for everyone in the in house restaurant on the top floor, fantastic views over Lisbon! And the food was incredible, so much attention to detail, always enough staff so no one had to wait around for anything. If you are bringing a group to Lisbon or coming on your own, i would not look any further then this hotel. I also want to give a mention to Claudia who was my contact at this hotel and helped to make this stay a great success for all our guests! Thank you so much!
